Private homes in Singapore must be rented for at least three months. HDB flats need at least six months.

Hotels can host you from one night and serviced residences from seven days. At Cove you can book STORIES Joo Chiat from one night and Quay 17 by Cove from three nights. Our serviced residences take stays from six nights.

Not in a private home or an HDB flat. For a stay under three months book a hotel or a serviced residence.

At Cove you can book D'Arena or The White House or Base Residences by the night for as long as you need. From three months you can rent any Cove room or apartment.

Cove offers tenants flexibility with lease terms as short as 3 months. After completing your fixed-term period, your contract will automatically transition to a monthly rolling agreement, renewing every month unless you choose to end it.

For leases starting in peak months like late December, January and February, however, a minimum commitment of 6 months is generally required. Certain units, though, still allow for shorter leases during these months if greater flexibility is needed. Our friendly sales agents will be able to advise you and help to recommend the most suitable options for your particular requirements.

All of our units are private properties and we currently do not have any HDB properties.

Yes, we allow cooking in all our properties and provide all the kitchenware you need to rustle up a delicious meal. We ask that you're considerate of your flatmates and clean up shortly after using the kitchen.

Apart from utilities and A/C maintenance charges which are billed separately, we don't provide bedsheets, pillow covers, duvets or duvet covers. These can be easily purchased when you complete the booking form. Replenishables such as toilet paper, hand soap, personal care and laundry detergent are also not provided, in consideration that most people have personal preference.

Cove promotes fair and equal access to housing and so there are no restrictions made on who can live in our properties. In order to comply with Singapore regulations and prevent overcrowding in our apartments we only allow one occupant per room with the exception of some of our larger apartments where 2 occupants may be allowed to rent one room.
